Twenty years after the invasion of pig bay, Hud, a veteran from the first invasion, is persuaded by the US Government to attempt another invasion. He is supposed to go to Cuba by sea and assasinate Fidel Castro, working together with a local mob boss, Rosselini, and bar-owner Tony, who knows the cuban waters well. Yet they soon get to know they have been betrayed by the white house: to improve foreign policies between the USA and the Cuban Government, the assasinators are snitched by their own client to Cuba.
