plot synopsis:
With a lot of Three-Stooges-like slapstick, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini and the japanese Suki Yaki have to travel in a submarine to an arab sheik to sign a treaty. Meanwhile, a few american sailors reach the country and find out about Hitler's presence and decide to screw with him.
