Two years after the Second World War the Albanian coastal town of Vlora is still under foreign occupation. The national Defense Committee delivers an ultimatum to the occupation troops, insisting on their withdrawal. The enemy`s firm opposition further enrages the hatred of the Albanian people who fight with determination until the enmy capitulates.
